Inter Miami fans demand the termination of Messi’s contract and describe him as disgusting

Fans described Lionel Messi as “disgusting” and demanded that his contract be terminated due to his behavior in the friendly match between Inter Miami and Vissel Kobe, which was held at the Japan National Stadium.

The confrontation witnessed the presence of Messi, along with Sergio Busquets and Luis Suarez, in the starting lineup, but the former Barcelona trio was unable to score any goal, so the match ended in a 0/0 draw.

A penalty shootout ensued to determine the winner and Vissel Kobe missed first, but then Robert Taylor fired over the bar to miss the first kick for the American team.

This sparked strange laughter from Messi and his team-mates Jordi Alba and DeAndre Yedlin, so fans were furious after Vissel Kobe won on penalties, with one describing the Argentine star as a “disgusting captain”.

Another added: “His contract should be terminated as soon as possible.” “It’s ridiculous.” A third wrote: “This disgusting man, how can he laugh?” Another commented: “My leader would never do that.”
